Jack Haring's walk-off double send 9A home winners, 5-4

Jack Haring's walk-off double off of #12 boosted 9A to a 5-4 win over St. Francis in 11 innings at Blaine High School on Tuesday.

Haring led 9A's offensive threat, as he got on base four times in the game. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the fourth and seventh innings and doubled in the eleventh inning.

Joe Daninger recorded the win for 9A. He tossed three innings of shutout ball. He struck out one, walked three and surrendered no hits.

St. Francis jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the top of the third. #9 got things going for St. Francis with a single. #14 singled, scoring #2. The scoreboard lit up again for St. Francis when scored on a walk by #18.

St. Francis brought home one run in the fifth inning, and matched that run total in the sixth. In the fifth, St. Francis scored on an RBI single by #18, bringing home #33.
