15U AAA & AA Practices

Coach Boos and Coach Erickson will be running daytime practices throughout May/June for the players on the 15U AAA and AA teams.  The dates and times of those practices are below.  Practices will be held at the Blaine High School freshmen field.

We realize that not all players will be able to make it to every practice because of other summertime commitments (i.e. driver's ed, work, vacations, etc.).  Please try to make it to as many of them as you can. Please let one of the coaches know if you are going to be gone.

Blaine 9A Freshman managed through a push by Spring Lake Park in the third inning where Blaine 9A Freshman coughed up three runs, but Blaine 9A Freshman still won 11-4 on Thursday. Spring Lake Park batters contributing to the big inning included Drew WattsBen Kehner, and Ryan Smith, all driving in runs in the frame.

Blaine 9A Freshman got on the board in the first inning when Gavin Gillen singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs.

Blaine 9A Freshman notched three runs in the sixth inning. Blaine 9A Freshman offense in the inning was led by Tyler VogelBen Wallraff, and Spencer Helberg, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Parker Dahlman pitched Blaine 9A Freshman to victory. He surrendered three runs on seven hits over three innings, striking out one. Cole Bruley threw four innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Jacob Fritz took the loss for Spring Lake Park. He went one inning, allowing two runs on two hits and walking zero.

Brock Larsen started the game for Spring Lake Park. He lasted three innings, allowing seven hits and six runs while striking out two and walking one

Blaine 9A Freshman tallied 12 hits on the day. Dylan BergHelbergGillen, and Wallraff all managed multiple hits for Blaine 9A FreshmanHelberg and Berg all had three hits to lead Blaine 9A FreshmanBlaine 9A Freshman tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. Austin Barnier led the way with two.

Spring Lake Park collected 11 hits on the day. Larsen and Watts all had multiple hits for Spring Lake Park. Larsen led Spring Lake Park with four hits in four at bats.

Blaine 9A Freshman defeated Buffalo 9-4 on Wednesday after taking the lead late in the game.Blaine 9A Freshman trailed 4-3 in the bottom of the sixth inning when Tyler Vogel singled on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs.

Buffalo got on the board in the second inning when Cole Laplante drew a walk, scoring one run.

Austin Barnier earned the win for Blaine 9A Freshman. He surrendered one run on two hits over three and a third innings, striking out two.

Laplante took the loss for Buffalo. He went five innings, allowing seven runs on five hits and striking out six.

Ben Wallraff started the game for Blaine 9A Freshman. He lasted three and two-thirds innings, allowing four hits and three runs while striking out three

Cole Bruley went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Blaine 9A Freshman in hits.

Buffalo collected six hits. Cameron Green and Jackson Rund all collected multiple hits for Buffalo.
