A 10-run explosion in the sixth inning spurred 9B to an 11-2 win in seven innings over Totino Grace at BHS Northeast on Wednesday.

9B scored in the sixth on An RBI single by Dominic Henderson, an RBI double by Kody Stack, an RBI single by Nathan Hallaway, a walk by Mason Bryant, an RBI single by Derek Kitzmiller, an RBI single by Jack Schwab, , and an RBI single by Justin Brezinka.

Henderson helped 9B take the lead for good in the sixth inning. Schwab doubled to get on base in the sixth. He then went from second to third on a single by Brezinka.

Henderson was hot from the plate for 9B. Henderson went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run.

Schwab was hot from the plate for 9B. Schwab went 3-4, drove in one and scored two runs.

9B quickly matched Totino Grace's strong inning with a one-run inning of its own in the fifth. 9B scored on An RBI single by Grant Knowles.
