B Squad fell victim to a walk-off single in the bottom of the tenth inning on Thursday, handing Totino-Grace a 4-3 win at Totino-Grace HS.

With the score tied at three in the tenth inning, #8 came to the plate and singled, bringing home #2.

Connor Melton led B Squad's offensive threat, as he got on base four times in the game. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the fourth and tenth innings.

Johnson took the loss for B Squad. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed one run.

The bottom of the second saw Totino-Grace take an early lead, 1-0. #24 started the rally for Totino-Grace with a single. A groundout by #8 then moved #24 from first to second. #10 singled, scoring #24.

Totino-Grace answered B Squad's top inning with two runs of its own in the fourth. Totino-Grace scored on an RBI single by #8 and an RBI single by #10.
